Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking and Deposits:

Reservations: All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits can be made via Zelle, which secures both your time and ours. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: One rescheduling is permitted per deposit. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled more than once, the original deposit will become void.

Cancellations:

Notice: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid penalties.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to half the value of the scheduled service. Further appointments will be suspended until this fee is paid.

No-Show Policy:

Consequences: If you do not show up for an appointment without notifying us, your deposit will be forfeited, regardless of the amount.

Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive later than this window, it will be considered a late show, and your deposit will be forfeited as a late fee.

Online Booking:

Access: Booking is accessible through our Vagaro link. Please note that clients with outstanding unpaid invoices may be restricted from booking online.

Support: If you have any uncertainties about online scheduling, please reach out. We endeavor to respond at our earliest convenience.

Considerations:

We understand that life can be unpredictable. We strive to be flexible and fair, but we also ask for your cooperation in respecting our time and policies.

Additional Notes:

Vagaro automatically collects deposits at the time of booking, and $1 of this total is allocated towards processing fees.

Booking new loc installs always requires prior communication.
